Mission of Zemliachky
To provide women service members in the Defense Forces of Ukraine with equipment adapted to the female anatomy. To support the mental health of women service members and veterans. To promote gender equality through cultural and advocacy initiatives.
Vision
A Ukraine where every woman service member has proper equipment, safe conditions of service, and access to support and recovery; where her contribution to the country’s defense is visible, recognized, and reflected in military standards, public policy, and social culture — and where the state recognizes equipment adapted to the female anatomy as the standard, not the exception.
